Product Description
WSH series Horizontal double ribbon mixer is widely used in food,medicine,chemical industries and etc for blending production.It can mix solid with solid,powder with powder,solid with liquid,powder with liquid and etc.Especial used for mixing the materials which has viscosity and cohesion powder.Horizontal ribbon mixer consists of transmission parts, double ribbon agitators and U-shape cylinder. In the direction of rotation, the outer ribbon pushes materials from both ends to the middle, while the inner ribbon pushes materials from the middle to both ends. Ribbon wind with different angle direction carries the materials flowing in different directions. Through continuous convective circulation, the materials are sheared.
Working Principle
Under the drive of straight league reducer,Mixer rotor does directional rotation.In the process of spinning,on the one hand, the ribbon pushes the material along the axial movement, on another hand, it takes thematerial upinto the ribbon up front, and the outer ribbon makes the material always middle cylinder to the
campaign, the inner ribbon makes the material movement from middle to both ends, so this formed in the course of sports material two circular logistics, in the process of circulating,material has been fully mixed.
